Adam’s Challenge: PSOTFED (Pull Sh** Off The Floor Every Day) – Week 3

Only a week left before May ends! Geez time goes by fast (I say it all the time, but it’s nevertheless true).

Making nice progress on the lifts I’ve been training recently. Found creative ways to get some PSOTFED done even when I was away from home for 3 days.

On with the week’s lifts!

 

May 16th

Olympic Hang Clean and Jerk

145lbs with 4 sets for 9 reps

295 lbs with 10 sets for 22 reps

Philadelphia Parkour National Meet!

Wall climbs, jumps, general parkour movements.

 

May 20th

Grabbed a small 50+lbs-loaded barbell at host’s house

1-hand Clean & presses, attempted 1-hand snatches (no room), plate curls (25lbs)

 

May 21st

Deloaded muscle-ups, pull-ups

With my host’s multi-bar setup

 

May 22nd

Fatgripz Db Clean and Press

70lbs with 9 sets for 9 reps (each side)
