Challenge #16: The Parkour Combo
With each session, I am exploring more and more the boundaries of my fears, and contemplating whether they are excessive or not. This is in fact a very interesting process, and I’m learning a lot.
I’m doing my best to break jumps (overcome fear), even small ones, as much as I can, to better understand the process and the best way to work it out with myself.
Most experienced practitioners will say that overcoming their fears through Parkour has been a tremendous way to learn about themselves and evolve as a person. I believe them completely.
I have also joined the Tapp Brothers’ Parkour Academy. The price is cheap, and so far their content has been great. Those many technical, physical and mental tips will definitely be great tools to help my progress.
