Voilà! I am not a masked man. Therefore, Who am I?

I will try to be brief. My name is Mathieu Duchesneau (“Matthew Doo-chay-no”), and one of my most prominent characteristics is an inherent interest in almost every possible topic. Except perhaps most topics that are rather brainless, or without any form of challenge or achievement stimuli. In addition to that, I have discovered over time that my ability to learn, practice and progress matches my interests most coincidentally.

I have had a love and hate relationship with this characteristic throughout my life. If I like everything, what do I do?

The answer I have found so far is rather simple: To do as much as is humanely conceivable in the 24/7 timespan format which I currently live in.

These days, here are the looks of it:

• Studying full-time in IT Engineering (less than a year before I graduate)
• Working 23-25 hours/week in my field of expertise
• Attending Spanish classes, for work and also personal interest in languages
• Physically training for the sports and discipline I practice, and strength/health/looks in general
• Part of my university’s competitive Dragonboat team (for which I’m also part of the management)
• Practice the discipline of Parkour, still learning the basics
• Long-time martial artist in many styles; although currently, practice is less frequent
• Tending to this blog and its associated challenges
• Yes, I also have a social life and a girlfriend.

OK, so some say humanely might not be the best word. This is for humans to decide, I guess.
